1) Does a pedometer track the amount of miles you run, as well? Is it accurate? I like taking different routes, and I know about the route trackers online, but I'd like a more accurate source.
2) What are the nutritional benefits of hummus? I thought there'd be a lot of protein, but there's not! It's probably good for digestion, but is it popular in the weight loss circle just because it's lo-cal?
